ARF’s solar-powered well system in Falayryaale now serves 6,000 families from the village and surrounding areas, along with their livestock. Powered entirely by solar energy, the system pumps water into storage tanks connected to modern tap kiosks that provide shade for users.
The site includes animal watering troughs, a guardhouse, and secure storage facilities. The system even generates enough energy for villagers to charge mobile phones—transforming daily life beyond water access. Falayryaale’s solar well stands as a powerful example of how eco-friendly, sustainable solutions can restore dignity and resilience to entire communities.
